I could not find anything schematic for your TV.
I would suggest to check the horizontal transistor, if the transistor is OK; check the voltage at the collector. NOTE: be very careful when measuring this voltage, you should get about 130 VDC.
If that voltage is present, you might have a defective flyback transformer.
I just fixed one that had several bad solder conections on the circuit board. The connections to the Flyback transformer and several leads to various componets all had a ring around the conection and not making a good conection to the leads.
