Sidekick I.D. I cant transfer the info from my dash to my sidekick I.D.

you need to call tmobile and they will totally reset the phone so that you can create a login. You need to call from a different phone cuz they will need info inside the phone and you need to remove the battery.

Try formatting it from your handset itself, and then try storing some files like mp3 files, jpg image files etc and try to access those again.

you have to do a master reboot on the phone.. that will clear up the things that you cant erase... Hard reset:
1. Power off
2. Push both white dash keys and power up.
3. At T mobile screen it will change to black with writing and instructions.
4. Let go of soft keys and push send (follow directions on screen).
5. Formatted!

the sidekick 3 cnt send pics to other phones so u would have to have email to send them to aslo u cnt recive them ehtier i dnt know y

transfer using bluetooth

you can still connect to pc and send info by bluetooth

no the sidekick bluetooth only works to to transfer peoples numbers and to add a handset 

Mine did this. go to settings, system info then press/hold down menu - shift - d and run a full diagnostics test.
