Reset the password to '0000' by holding the VolumeDown and ChannelUp buttons on the TV (not remote) for about 5 seconds. Do this while viewing blocked content- you'll see the screen blink when it gets reset. Then go into the menu and disable/change the v-chip settings as desired using password '0000'.
