I need to delete my inbox n cant see the inner screen cause its black....

To delete single messages on an ENV2 with broken inner screen:
1) Go to your message inbox on your external screen to find the message you want to erase, but don't open it.
2) Open your phone and hit OK (to open message)
3) Hit the top left silver button, then OK.
Wait a few seconds for it to delete. If you know you have multiple messages right in a row you can skip step 1 and the first part of 2 (open your phone).

change your screen or display of the phone & then delete all messages from inbox & outbox.

go to menu -> messaging
you should see{1. New txt
2. Inbox }
and so on
open phone
inside:
press right silver key below screen
press 4
press up
press ok

check whether you have moved any unread messages into other folders. if not reply me..

Two possible problems here, the new messages could be server messages, your inbox is completely full and there (unfortunately) really is no choice to but to delete either a large number of the messages in your inbox or delete all. If that doesn't work it needs to be taken into a retailer to be either repaired or trashed. Had a similar problem with the same phone and i had to delete all my inbox messages and it still showed that i had messages and they were server messages.

on a one message there will be option of what you can with message. find the delete part and delete

You can try contacting Yahoo! Mail support. The only way someone can try to delete your inbox is if you give them your password....I shouldn't have to tell you what a bad idea that is. Go through Yahoo!'s support system, and have them do it for ya.

I am having the same problem.

If i could remember exactly how the menue looked, I could delete my inbox atleast so i could read my text messages and reply to them from the front screen.

Can someone please help me?

You can still text you remembered how to do that know all you do if remember how you delete your messages and what bottens to press so imagen that your going to delet a message ii think it is go onto the message and press the left key and then the first selection and double opress to cnfirme deleteion

have you tried a hard reset? remove the battery, let it sit for a minute and start it up again.
