Rebates are given by either the manufacturer or the retailer. You must contact either of them, depending on from whom the rebate is coming, to see the status of your rebate.

UPC code85948500222

Hi. I'm not sure if this will help you, but I found this website:

UPC Database Item Lookup

According to this website:

"Enter the all digits printed on the UPC bar code, including any numbers to the right or left of the bar code itself, even if they don't line up with the main row of numbers. This should be 13 digits for an EAN/UCC-13, 12 digits for a Type A UPC code, or 8 digits for a Type-E (zero-supressed) UPC code. Anything other than 8 or 12 digits is not a UPC code! (And just because it's 8 or 12 digits doesn't mean it is a UPC.) You must enter every digit here.
If you have a barcode scanner that outputs plain numbers, you should be able to use it to enter the UPC number here."

So, apparently you need more digits to complete the bar code #. But if you have the full barcode, you should be able to enter it on the website linked above, and find the image of the frames that you are looking for. I hope this helped. Thanks!

How do I get my rebate form for a Mouse that I just purchased?

Follow the steps given on the rebate forms. Sometimes stores will have a place where they keep rebates or they may be at the register, just ask. Make copies of everything in case you have to follow-up with the company. If you download a rebate form, be sure to keep a copy on the computer. I make it a habit of scanning my rebate forms, upc, and sales receipts in case I have to email them.

Personally, I have probably used at least 50 rebates. I have had about 5 denied, and about 8 where I had to follow up. As a suggestion, before you purchase something on a rebate, either make sure they are a legit, name brand company (you can get better resolution on any issues) and/or research on the net to make sure that other folks aren't having rebate issues. You definitely take a risk when making purchases on a rebate.

I have a rebate offer that I'm trying to collect. The S/N was obvious to me, but the model# is not. According to the "Resubmit Letter", it has 10 letters and/or numbers. The product# appears to...

If is a PC, check the upper back of the machine on a silver/gray sticker. If is a laptop, on the button of it. Or check the box near the upc barcode. Also, meny of the top brands has a rebate center on their website to begin the redeem process.
