mine just gives off a yellow blank screen, i don't know what's up. i don't know what it says on the outer screen, it's not readable. what should i do?

My Samsung t639 has the same problem ... It says Phone Freeze, so i can't enter unlock code.It only accept tmobile sim card. Are there any solution to unfreeze it?

for people who are wishing to unfreeze there samsung E250 mobile phones please enter the last 4 diget numbers of your mobile phone this will help u and sort the problems out
