Folders may have been erased

First, we need to know what she did. If she just erased them, they are gone for good. To prevent this type of problem, you should always have a couple backups of all of your downloads in your PC or laptop, or on a disk. and about wma format. that format often times doesn't work. you need to get a program such as Jodex to change the format of the videos. Change them into a supported video format. to find out what formats your digital media player supports, look through your instruction booklet. But those two problems seem completely unrelated. The answers I gave you are the most likely answers. I hope this helps you!

My I-bead mp3 was formatted accidentally...

Your songs are most likely gone, formatting erases all of the data on the player.
Always back up your data on a seperate disk. Good luck.

Plug in and format with My Computer
Quick format will restore menu but erase music files, but you will have all your menu items.
