Question about Yahoo YHT-630 System
Your suggestions did not apply. I have all updates and plugins. checked anti virus been thru the cookie issue. I made no recent changes to my system. And have had no problems with browsers since I built the system 3 years ago. Just can't figure out what happened to cause the problem with yahoo all of a sudden 2 1/2 weeks ago. Any other ideas besides removing and reinstalling browsers? IE and Mozilla work fine with everything except deleting emails in yahoo. No problem if I use a different computer.
When I checked Yahoo's new beta email,
I believe it locked out access to all but the latest
200 emails in both my Yahoo accounts.
My unread email count still shows in the thousands,
but I can access only the first 200.
Both Yahoo's customer service phone's I had
in the past are not working.
I went to www.help.yahoo.com and haven't found an
answer yet. Many users have a similar problem I believe.

It may be the internet connection, it may generate large lags, the comp needs to send / recive the delete /ready for delete ....etc ... messages in a certine time (for security reasons), maybe these are not met ! (this doesn't mean the internet is slow!!! it can be a setting from u;re firewall, antivirus ...or a wired event)
also could be a secondary effect from viruses, spywares that u may have....
also try deleting the cookies, so it can make "new" ones ...
i don;t really know what is u;re problem, they are a lot of possibilities, and is difficult to figure out which one it is from distance ... but if it;s no major issue, than u should reinstall u're OS ....

Make sure you click Keep me signed in for 2 weeks. Also it's caused by the Yahoo cookies being deleted when you close the browser. If you are using IE then go to and click Tools, click Internet options. Go to privacy and make sure the level is medium. For Firefox click Tools, and then options, at privacy check the cookies options. Some anti-virus/spyware may be deleting the cookies. Also it is possible the server is down.
