If the picture is fuzzy (out of focus) it may have a focus adjustment on the flyback transformer. Possibly an adjustment available from the outside, through the back. Look for any markings on the plastic housing indicating Focus, Brightness etc.. You can use a small screwdriver through the labeled holes in the case to make adjustments.
If the picture is crisp, but faint or the colors seem washed out it may be the tube is at it's end of life or needs to be rejuvenated. TV shops can rejuvenate tubes but it's not cheap.

When tv is powered on tv only displaying channel number and sound -no raster. using video mode displays are ok. sound is also ok

Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If the voltage is absent check the feeder resistor; if any. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. No picture, no menu, black screen, no raster, sound ok

From your detailed description, it sounds that the main chroma processor IC has damaged. Raster means nothing, but the lighted screen that appears, when a TV is switched ON. For some brands, there will be a blue screen; when there is no signal input, and some others will have a bright white screen with some snow.
I advice you to contact any service technician, to get this TV repaired. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" or "Magazine" will make surf easy. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. Do a search by type in the brand name of your device at its search box and press "Enter".

No picture but has sound

First make sure that the brightness and contrast are turned up.If the screen is lit up (that is you have a raster) then the problem would be in the video circuits. If the screen is not lit then you have a problem in the deflection circuits.A good possibility, with no raster, would be the Horizontal output amplifier. If you are not familiar with circuitry you would need a tv tech.to do the repair.

Picture cutting after 5-10 min-raster OK sound OK

The vertical ICs on this particular model have by now bad grounds. You will have to resolder this, and check any and all grounds on ICs mounted on heat sinks! Bad grounds are common and plentiful. Good Luck and thanks for asking!

Pic Bleeding

this sympton is characterized by the presence of red, cyan, green, magenta, blue or yellow colour in a supposedly plain white raster. proper colour reproduction cannot be expected if the raster is coloured. this symptom is caused by a poor white balance adjustment of by a trouble in the CRT, colour amplifier, color demodulation or colour output circuits. if the raster has a tint of red or cyan, check the R-Y output circuits and the first grid, second grid and cathode circuits of the red electron gun. but if you dont know anything about this, just bring it to a qualified service technician. good luck!

Tv showing blue screen with flyback lines sound ok

Flyback lines? Is the picture all white with no brightness control with faint horizontal faint lines? If this is what you are saying, the screen voltage could be bad, and if thats the case, the picture tube or the flyback itself could be bad. You could also have a bad connection on the crt socket
