Question about Pioneer DEH-P840MP CD Player
PIONEER SELLS THE FACE PLATE RIBBON CABLE
Posted on May 13, 2008
No don't throw it away! What happens if it is like mine. The unit sets in the dash, with the windows up, It gets very hot and melts the grease that runs thru the gears. Take the top plate off and get you some grease "I use crisco". Smear a little amount onto the gears and work the small gear right next to the gear that runs verticle. Do that 2 or 3 cycles and put the top back on and its good as new
