Generic problem for all TV Receivers and DVRs

Daewoo DDT-21H9 S TV/DVD tray will no longer open.

DVD tray will not operate euither from remote or TV.
Any ideas on how to open tray (short of using a crow bar) will be greatly appreciated.

This could be a simple belt problem . Or if it is motor driven then you would have to check if there is voltage to the motor or the motor is bad . This would require removing the dvd deck to get to the belt . Good luck
