Question about Sanyo DRW-1000 DVD Recorder/VCR
My vcr works just great but my dvd side is on this progressive scan mode and i can't get it off of that what do i do ............. i tried the help line and i was on hold for about 1 1/2 hours so i gave up
Eject any disc and leave it on DVD mode. Press and HOLD the stop button on the front of the unit for 5 seconds. That will switch it to interlaced mode.

If your DVD players is set to Progressive Scan Mode, tehn ther would be a light indicating it is so. The light is labeled P?scan on the bottom right side of your display window.
You can disable/turn OFF the P/Scan mode in the "Setup menu".
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.
