CD stuck

I have a 2003 G 35. It has a Bose 6 disc changer. I keep getting a "error"
The cd will not eject or play and I can't change to another cd.
Please help.

your best option is to either take it in so a professional can dig through it 2 get it out or you can just take the metal covering off and you should be able to see the cd and try to slide it out.. you might just have some dirt in it jamming the tray from ejecting the cd.
