CD stuck I have a 2003 G 35. It has a Bose 6 disc changer. I keep getting a "error" The cd will not eject or play and I can't change to another cd. Please help.
Your best option is to either take it in so a professional can dig through it 2 get it out or you can just take the metal covering off and you should be able to see the cd and try to slide it out.. you might just have some dirt in it jamming the tray from ejecting the cd.

Hi, The cd disc is not in his place inside the multichanger, you must open the appliance and try to take out the cd without forcing, otherwise you wil brake the mechanical system,
after this the system will work well.
Thanks.
Everyone keeps talking about a reset small hole around eject button/ power switch. I have the JBL 6 disc changer. Where is this reset hole on that system? 2002 Camry.
Bose does not release their schematics or parts lists, effectively making themselves the only repair center for their products. Your only safe repair method is to contact the service/repair center at www.bose.com. They will likely offer you a flat rate repair or credit towards the purchase of a new unit.
I think there may be a problem with the system (defective parts) - I, too, am having this issue. I am going to contact the BBB - maybe if enough of us complain we will get a recall. To file a complaint:
Some bose cd changers have a gear the get cracked and must be replaced. You did not specify which bose you have, so I have told you of the most common problem with the bose 6 cd changers.
If this is in one of the silver slimline type of units, it is very difficult to get them apart if you have not dome it before. The gear is also very hard to get to in the changer. it would be a good idea to let a professional service technician look at it. You will need to take it to an authorized bose service center because bose does not sell parts to any service centers unless they are bose authorized. They just started that about 2 years ago.
I hope this was helpful to you, let me know if I can assist you further.
