The pictures are only blurry when the flash is off. I dont like flash and want clear pictures.

ALL my pics taken without flash are blurry. This wasn't when I just
had it but now, about 2 weeks later I can't take pics without flash
anymore because of this.
And after stopping a video recording, the thing mostly freezes.
And the battery depletes in a couple of days.
