Bought a panasonic in car

bought a panasonic in car cd player model number CQ-C1465N
but when i remove the facisia for security it loses all the preset stations
the troubleshooting part of the instructions acknowledges this problem but dosn't offer a solution

I have the same problem Post a new problem
