If is paint shop pro? Paint shop pro 7? According to the publisher it is vista compatible. You can try setting the exe to run in XP compatibility mode.
Locate the exe file in explorer, right click on the file name, click properties, select the compatibility tab and check the box “Run this program in XP SP2 compatibility mode.
write me a line.

Can't read any the games from my memory can't open videos

Hi there Jojit.
You don't mention if you have a CFW or the OFW (original from S0ny). If you have the CFW, you should be able to open Homebrew games (that's the term). If you have a CFW and still you cannot open Homebrew games as well as videos, there should be something wrong with your Memory Stick or your CFW.
Try this;
1. Turn off you PSP 2. Remove your Memory Stick and put it back after 10 seconds 3. Put it back and turn your PSP back on
If this doesn't solve your problem, try reformatting your MemStick. Of course, you need to back up all your CSO and ISO files to your PC including your p0rns (eh, videos I mean). LOL
If reformatting doesn't work, try reinstalling your CFW. Get back to me if the first solution don't work and I'll guide you on re-installing your CFW...

How to get psp games

Try these steps : 1.
Check to see if you have the right firmware. Firmware is the proprietary operating system the PSP requires for functioning. You need Firmware 1.0 or 1.5 to download free games on a PSP. These versions allow you to play PSP homebrews; later versions have protections that avoid use of non-commercial PSP games.
To check your PSP's firmware, press the PSP's "Home" button. Scroll down and select "Settings." From there, select "System Information." The firmware information can be found in the section where it says "System Software." If this section has the number 1.0 or 1.50, you'll be able to play PSP homebrews. If the number is higher, you won't be able to download free games on a PSP.
2.
Format a PSP memory stick. The size of the memory stick doesn't matter since most PSP homebrews are relatively small. Insert the memory stick into the slot located on the left side of the PSP, where the directional buttons are. Pop open the cover and slide the memory stick in, making sure it's face up and follows the direction of the white arrow.
Press the "Home" button and go into the "Settings" section. Scroll down and select "Systems Settings." In the next screen, continue scrolling down until you can select "Format Memory Stick." The PSP will ask you if you want to format the memory stick. Answer "Yes," and the PSP will format the memory stick within just a few seconds.
3.
Download free PSP games onto your computer. Sites like PSP Brew, UR PSP and PSP-Homebrew.eu contain tons of free PSP games. And the downloading process is pretty much the same. You either select an option to download, or you right-click on the file and use "Save As" for downloading. Visit the sites to gain a better understanding; links are provided at the end of this article.
4.
Unzip the files. Usually, when you download free PSP games, you receive files in a compressed (or zipped), format. This allows a developer to send larger files without the hassle of breaking them up into pieces. However, before you can use these games, you will have to unzip them so you can have access to the individual files.
To unzip files, you need to use an unzipping utility. Windows comes with one, and it's relatively easy to use since you just select options from a Wizard. But if you prefer something more sophisticated, consider using WinZip, for the PC, or Stuffit, for Macs. Both of these programs can be downloaded free, though the legal version of WinZip only offers a 30-day trial. Either way, unzipping is as simple as selecting "Extract" and entering in the name of the file you want your games in.
5.
Connect your PSP to the computer via a USB cable. Make sure you place the smaller end of the USB cable into your PSP. Place the larger end into any of the USB ports available on your computer.
6.
Switch to USB mode. The PSP cannot communicate with your computer unless it is in USB mode. This is accomplished by pressing the "Home" button, scrolling towards "Settings" and then selecting "USB Connection."
7.
Transfer the games onto your PSP. This step is the heart of downloading free games onto your PSP, and it is simple. With your PSP connected to your computer, take whatever games you plan on downloading and place them into the PSP > GAME folder. If this folder doesn't appear automatically, you can create one by "right-clicking" in the PSP directory and then entering in the name "Game."
8.
Run the games you downloaded. After you have installed the desired games onto your PSP, disconnect the device from your computer. In the main menu, scroll to the "Game" section. Select the "Memory Stick" option. The PSP homebrews you downloaded will be contained here. Highlight one of them and press "X." Assuming the homebrew is coded properly and you have the right firmware, it should run just like a commercial PSP game.
In case of any problem please revert back

My psp drop on the floor it fall on the floor around a foot high when I open it the screen shows that there is no memory stick inserted. The memory stick was inside it

The memory stick was probably damaged during the fall.
First, take the memory stick out and examine it for any cracks, bends, or other blemishes. If it looks fine, I would try the stick in another device and see if it works. If the stick works in another machine, it means the system itself probably got damaged, but if the stick doesn't work in any device, it probably means you only need to buy a new memory stick.

How to downloads games PSP-1001 from PC?

Hello

To download games to your PSP You will download your PSP games from the internet into your PC and then transfer your PSP game files to your PSP using a USB cable. After your computer is connected to your PSP, your PC will recognize your PSP as a detachable memory drive (similar to an external hard drive). It will assign your PSP with a drive letter (usually F: ) which will allow you to drag and drop you PSP games file from your computer's hard drive to your PSP memory stick. Below are some of the steps to download PSP games.

Step 1: You must copy your PSP games file to the correct path or the games simply would not work. The correct path is PSP>GAME (all the folder names are in caps)

Step 2: After the PSP games are fully transferred to your memory stick, disconnect the PSP from your PC. In your PSP main menu, scroll to GAME and then select Memory Stick option. Press X, and list of available games in your memory stick will be displayed. If you find any error on your PSP, you might want to check your firmware version.

Good luck

Memory stik problem

Have you tried another memory stick? Or have you tried this stick in another PSP? This will tell you whether the stick is faulty or there is something wrong with your PSP.

If the stick is faulty then buy another, otherwise take the PSP to a repair centre.

Psp 1000 will not read memory stick

First thing to check: Try another memory stick. It may be something as simple as a bad memory stick.

If you tried another memory stick and it works (and/or you tried your memory stick on another PSP and it works), you probably need a new memory card reader for the PSP. You can find it at the following website. Be sure to match up the model number of the memory card reader so that you get the right one. The website installs parts like this for $20 also:

Try formatting the Memory Stick. If it doesn't work, there is probably something wrong with either your psp or the Memory Stick.
