Employee has left and new employees name needs to be programmed into the extension ID. How can this be done? Not in manual.

I have the same issue; old employees gone and when a call is transferred to new employee it has the old one there. I would like to change it. Let me know.

To change the names on the NEC Dterm 80.
Feature, Conf, #, 0, *, 8974, LINE 4, 18.
Select Conf to go to the name you want to change.
Select Hold to erase the characters.
Select Transfer to save it.
Once you save, make sure you go back to "18".
