Check the hoses, they should have a screen in them that occasionally get plugged. Also check the faucets for good water flow.

I've got a JLWM1407 washing machine. 7 months old. I switch on, set programme, press start, and almost immediately it jumps from 3.40hrs, to 001minutues, wirrs a little, and then switches off

Have you checked the filter down at bottom of machine could be a lot of water lying in it the other thing is your water supply check that the water is coming in and also check little filter in machine where water comes into machine if there is no water coming in the machine will go to end of cycle hope some of these help

The little white tube in my Jaccuzzi toilet comes disconnected with the pressure of the water and you have water all over the floor. Any solutions?

You have too much pressure coming through the line. Turn down the water supply pressure by turning down the knob on the supply tube so just enough water comes through to flush but not so much that is blows the tube out.

Kenmore Top Loading washer gets very little cold water

You could try reversing the water lines and see when you select hot if cold comes out strong. If it does not then it should be the valve. If it comes out good in reverse, it could be the tempature sensor. Here is the link to parts and diagrams.
