Hi L. Pruett, my name is Mike Houston of DISH Network and withthe Durabrand TV there are a couple of codes we do have for that TV. The threedigit codes will be 220 and 233 and what you will want to do is hold down the clearTV button until all the mode buttons light up. Press one of the three digitcodes I have sent press the # button and then press the Red TV button on theremote, the TV should have turned off and if not after trying the two 3 digitcodes I will send you a link for a Power Scan; http://www.dishnetwork.com/SupportSection/power-scan-instructions- Mike H.
