Hi!
I have a Xerox XA7-19i  monitor with similar problems: blank black screen after a few minutes use. I suppose that this is also a capacitor problem. But I cannot find out how to disassemble this monitor. Can you help me? There might be some trick... Thanks a lot!

remove both visible screws on back.  Slide front cover off (pushing the glass off, toward its bottom.
