Couldn't get PM power status error shows while booting in MC3090-G.

I figured out, that the problem i caused by badly connected motherboard cable. I solved it by assembling the "display etc" part with the motherboard firts, then connecting the MB cable firmly, and finally put together with the "gun holder/battery closet" and secure it with screws

I have a symbol MC3090 which was working great for a year and today when i try to connect to DCHP it gives a cannot find IP address due to 'NIC card' or something to that effect the error comes and goes...

I had the same problem with a MC3070 and this is how I was able to solve it.

Find an MC3090 that is working and set it in the cradle attached to your PC.

Next open My Computer on the Scanner and go to the Platform folder.

In this folder you should see another folder called Fusion.

Open the Fusion folder then click on the the icon that says CBPCfg.

ColdBoot Cfg should pop up.

Click WLAN Settings and then click Save Current.

Save it to the device and then copy it to your desktop so it is easy to access when copying it to the device in question.

Once finished plug the broken scanner into the cradle and copy the registry file into the Application portion of your device.

Do a reboot with 1+9+power and it should work.

This is assuming the 3000 series scanners are all the same.

Hello,

please asure yourself, that in Options of the WLAN Fusion Client (icon in the right corner) is the Regulatory set for the correct country.

To be sure, just disable the 802.11d checkbox in Fusion - Options - Regulatory.

Need WIFI Configuration manual for Mc3090. Getting error "The Profile you are trying to Connect to May not Connect due to regulatory issues"

Have to go to Fusion > WCConfigure> Options > Regulatory > uncheck ENABLE 802.11d,

I assume that Fusion is installed on all MC3090's but if not, you are looking for the wireless configuration options.
