Question about Lexmark Pro X125 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I just change the ink for the priner and i get the same problem " change all ink" what could be the problem
1- powering off the printer and leaving it for 30 sec. then powering back on... test
2- power off, open the cage, move cartridge caddy to center to remove cartridges... clean cartridges nozzles with a damp cloth, clean cartridge connectors as well as cart caddy connectors with a soft cloth.. no water. re test by replacing the cartridges and powering on the printer.
if the operator still has the message. power of, try with 1 cartridge at a time, turn on printer and try to COPY any document...
if all of that is still failing, then as the Lexmark rep told me, i'm sorry for any inconvenience this brings you, you have a defective printer.
