How do I access the RAM chips through removing the keyboard?

For the 7720 do NOT remove the keyboard! It is not neccesary.
Open the bottom cover by removing 4 screws. Insert a screw driver in the provide notch being very careful not to stick it into the elctronics and gently pry upwards. The cover will release from the center, the tabs are much shorter there. Carefully release the old memory by pressing outward on the silver tabs that hold the memory in. Be sure that the new memory is seated properly before pushing down on the opposite edge.
