i have a creative zen v 1 gig mp3 player but the screen has gone to dark to see. If you turn the lights off you can see the screen is on but its to dark to make out any of the writing. i have used the reset button but too no avail

my screen is going dark and the lights are dulling.
have no idea whats wrong with it.
and any dark colors or black i have on the screen has little lines through it from where there is color on the screen in a horizontal line...
