My mp3 doesn't play music

my mp3 is jnc when i download music abd want to play it, it says no entry, or empty entry. when i connect it to the computer i can view and play the music but not on the pm3 player

WizCall tech support! That's why these people get paid. Sites like this wouldn't need to exist if they did their jobs correctly!
