Can headlights be manually adjusted on MK4 Renault Clio's?

Hi kate the vertical and the horizontal(meaning left/right) can be adjusted there are two screw adjusters if you check on top of crossmember that is above radiator/head lamps there is a hole above each head light and below tese holes you will see x/head screws one for each h/lights vertical up/down adjustment screw down raises beam and no need to adjust horizontal however ? this adjustment is best done using correct equipment and if not done correctly ? cars next mot which checking h/lights is part of test i would advise having adjst ment checked 1st b4 altering hope this helps ? best wishes from the uk
