First when you remove the clipper blade did you notice a plastic part 1" long color gray, if you have lose this part your clipper blade not work. This is call a blade guide. Clipper blade installation, Place Plastic guide on spring,2 place cutter blade on guide,(this is the smaller blade) now hold cutter blade with two fingers now place comb blade on top of cutter blade (this is the bigger blade) replace screws while holding blades in place.

SOURCE: Cannot put blade assembly back together

Sounds strange, since I don't think that the HQ5 heads in the shaver have the pointy parts that other shaver heads have. If your comb has 2 pointy edges, make sure they are located correctly in the head housing - they will need to be located inwards, with the the spindle that the retaining bracket attaches to in the center of the the two pointy parts.

But apart from placing the combs in first, locating the cutters in then putting the retaining bracket in (which may be broken if it won't fasten properly) I'm not sure what you can do, other than calling your local Philips Service Centre,

I oiled my intimus 280 and it stopped shredding.

It's possible that some residual oil or debris is causing the shredder to malfunction. Try unplugging the shredder and cleaning the blades and feed slot with a clean, dry cloth. Then try running the shredder again with a small amount of paper to see if it functions properly. If it still doesn't work, you may need to disassemble it again and check for any other blockages or damage to the shredder blades. If you're not comfortable doing this yourself, it may be best to seek the help of a professional shredder repair service.

My Kenmore room AC spews black, carbon-like particles when running. I have cleaned the filter, with no change in the particle emmision.

misterbb I have the same thing happen with the LG in my office. I took the unit out, then took it outside, sprayed the front and back coil will Greased Lighting or dishwashing detergent mixed with water and washed it down with a garden hose. What is happening if like mine is that the dirt and such has built up on your fan blade, condenser coil, and evap coil and the unit just needs a good cleaning. I use to work in a shop in Texas where we did a lot of window units and cleaning was just part of the job. The coils should be bright and blade clean. Also if you take the cover off you should oil the fan motor with a light weight household oil. Hope this helps.

3F blade, took the blade out to clean, can't get back together

That's probably the blade guide. It goes on the "spring"; the piece that holds the cutting blades together.
The blade won't work without it.
