Question about Samsung HT-DS610 System
Can't open tray to put in or remove CD's - the one's in there play but we can't get them out. Tried with remote as well and it still just says OPEN LOCK
I had this problem yesterday. After not finding a solution anywhere on the internet and nothing in the owner's manual. I remembered years ago that an inoperative TV came back to life by unplugging and then plugging back in....a TV repair tech suggested this and commented that this is functionally like a computer "restart".
Sure enough..................unplugging and then plugging back in fixed mine.

Call tech support! That's why these people get paid. Sites like this wouldn't need to exist if they did their jobs correctly!
