Question about Televison & Video
Most common cause for this is laser lens dirty/scratched/out of place . Try first using a cleaner cd and see if it works. If it does not you may need to open the unit and clean the lens manually with soft cotton and cleaning liquid. If it still does not work you may need to replace the lens group, in this I suggest to bring it to a local service shop.
