In my personal view of your problem, you don't actually have to download new drivers, some motherboards no longer have support and you wont get drivers specifically designed for vista.

Install windows Vista first. If you have your old win2k or XP drivers either right click on the driver executable or installer, click Properties, then Compatibility, choose a compatible OS to run the program or file under, eg. Windows Xp SP2. It will work coz I have done it on more than 10 different machines and it always worked nicely.

Your other option is to install windows Xp if not already, install all drivers then upgrade to Vista.

Can the motherboard work with windows 7? I dinstalled the drivers for GF card but the audio is a problem. Do i need to install XP or can it be solved?

Sorry to say but this motherboard don't have support for Windows 7 that is the reason some of the drivers for it are not working , Asus did not release driver for this that will work with Windows 7 and they are also not listed to be compatible with it even though some drivers will work but the function itself still wont work. Best option here to make everything working is to go back to Windows XP.

I have lost drivers for my Foxconn n15235, I had first vista and got virus and had to install XP and lost driver for the sound. Please can somone help me.

Foxconn Support is the direct link to the audio driver for this particular motherboard. The driver is for the Realtek AC97 and supports both XP and Vista.

Hope that is helpful.

Did you previously have Vista on the computer?
If so the driver CD may have the Vista audio driver on the CD, you need a XP version of the audio driver.
You need to download the XP version of the driver from the MSI WEB site, make sure you delect the correct model of your motherboard and audio card
If you are having trouble finding the audio driver try a these WEB sites :-

Lost driver cd

Simple, look for some kind of reference to model name physically printed on main board, ie "GA-XX1239". Go to gigabyte's site, search via board model number, download audio, video, chipset drivers etc for relevant OS. Normally there's a pic of board so you have a visual comparison.

Goodluck
