Question about Motorola Mobility V220

No audio on outgoing or incoming calls

When I make an outgoing call or receive an incoming call I can't hear the other person. I can hear them, though, if I use the speakerphone. Any ideas?

NO sound with outgoing or incoming call

The problem might be with your microphone. I suggest visiting a customer care office to have the problem looked into or if you have a warranty, return it to the place you bought it and ask for a replacement

During an incoming or outgoing call, the other person can hardly hear me. How do I turn up the in-call volume so that people can hear me? Thank you. I have a Samsung Monte phone.

For most phones: Try making a call, while call press the up key of the phone (if the phone doesn't have the volume key at the side).

For incoming calls the phone rings but I cannot hear the caller. The volume is set to the maximum. For outgoing call I cannot hear the ring tone nor the person receiving the call.

Sounds like you reciever speaker is out. It might be cheaper to get a new phone than fix this one. Check with out a local cell repair store to see what they charge then make an informed decision.
