Admin password DVR-X4 IP

I buy a DVR-X4 IP from EBAY. This Work but I can't see the admin menu, only see user menu.
The default admin password is 1 but this is changed and de the seller not know.
The defaul user password menu is 2.

Dear Gigatech,
I buy a DVR-X4 IP not a DVR-T4IP. This is other model.

The seller don't know the admind password. Default admind password is "1" but is changed.
From Argentina return this DVR to seller y very expensive.
Is posible reset password?

Try this:
• Press MENU to enter the OSD menu.
• Enter password using Channel keys. The default passwords are Admin/1234 or user/4321.
• Strongly suggest changing the passwords to prevent unauthorized access.

I would check if there is a backup battery on the board of the unit. Remove the battery for two minutes then reinstall battery and try default password. Hope this helps.
