I changed the water filter but the water still comes out soooo slow.
My change filter light was on but the water was still coming out very slowly. So I changed the filter thinking it would make the water come out a lot faster. I changed the filter and the water is still coming out very slow. I takes almost a minute to fill a glass. How can i speed it up?

It may be the water valve located on the back of the fridge. The way you can tell is to pull the water valve off and take the hose off on the refrigerator side of the valve. Hold a glass under it to catch any water and have someone push the water lever in the door. If you have good bad water pressure there, it's probably in the valve. If not, your water bin, or water hose in the fresh food section may have ice in the line and may be frozen up. If that's the case, you'll have to thaw it out and it should correct the problem, but it will most likely happen again sometime in the future. Check the dispenser tube to be sure it is not partially plugged by taking a piece of grass whip cord and pushing it up the out spout a few times. Then try the water output in a glass so you can inspect the water for calcium deposits... If this doesn't help, check the connections at the filter to be sure that there is no obstruction at the connection between the incoming water line and the filter...
This can be caused by several problems. The most likely is that your filter needs to be changed. Another potential problem could be that your fresh food side is too cold. There is a water reservoir in the back of the fresh food side to chill the water, if it gets too cold ice could be forming inside it, slowing down the water flow.
Other things to check is water pressure going to the refrigerator, and finally the water valves located in the back of the refrigerator could be starting to fail.
Put the old filter back on , if water was fine . You never change filter just because a light comes on telling you to . The change filter light comes on after time or usage of dispensor .( Good way for manufacturers to make extra money ) . Change the filter only when water flow slows from dispensor .
it was good before you changed that first filter? if so you probably got something in the line. from removing filter like part of oring or something and its now in your line from filter. try turning water off and break open water line before filter and see how well it poors there into a bucket or something and work your way down to the dispenser.
