Take the wires off the switch, and use a jumper wire between them(simulates the switch being closed.) Do this on one, if it doesn't work, move to the next one, etc until it spins over. If you want, you can even splice them together, or get some spade connectors and make permanent jumpers like most people do. Just don't do anything that the switches are supposed to protect against, like getting up off the seat and putting your fingers under the deck, or starting it in gear, or whatever.
