I have a fuji finepix s9500 . The command wheel was not adjusting the shutter /aperture settings and in an attempt to get it work , it just popped off ? it does not appear to want to pop back on . help !!

The command wheel is not adjusting the shutter /aperture settings. It worked before but all of a sudden it stopped. Help will be much appreciated :)
