Olympus FE 230 unable to formatt XD card. Message reads card error

What size card are you using? If you use a card that is too large (say, a 2GB or 4GB on a camera that can only handle a 1GB), you will get this error. If the card is not too large, you may have a bad XD card. How many cards have you received this error on?
