Hello First I must say I don't have much of a knowledge ( very near zero)when working with computers.
Since I retired I have been making experimental musical instruments, and later in the year one of them will be displayed in an exhibition along with a photo slide show.. for this show I have purchased a cheap PS along with windows 98SE the original program on the PC was XP but along with the driver this was removed ,after many hour web searching I have found a driver for the graphics.. but cant' find any other.. I hope someone can help I have been told the one I really need is the 'Chip-set driver' ColRay

My knowledge of using the command line is equal to my knowledge about astrophysics. Zero. You can change BIOS settings in the BIOS Setup utility. After the computer manufacturer's splash screen, (Logo screen), and at the bottom of the screen, are shown the key/s to press to enter BIOS Setup. Goes by real F-A-S-T. Try to write it down. Let Windows load all the way, then restart the computer. As SOON as you see the manufacturer's splash screen, start tapping on the key/s to enter BIOS Setup. If you miss this window of opportunity, let Windows load all the way. Turn the computer off normally. (Wait at least 20 seconds) This time as Soon as you press the Power On button, start tapping on the appropriate key/s. (In 2 second intervals) You don't get as far as the splash screen? Then unplug the computer from power. Observe Anti-Static Precautions. Remove the CMOS battery, (CR2032), for 1 minute. Press the Power On button in, and hold it in. Hold it in for a count of 5 seconds. Let go of the Power On button. Do this procedure two more times. Install the CMOS battery. Plug into power. WAIT 1 minute, turn the computer on. This procedure will set the BIOS Settings back to the factory default settings, and clear CMOS Error Codes. Post back as to your findings.

Hello If you have its original remote control, you can unlock it by one amoung the following methods. If you don't have its original remote control, try to gather it from any of your friends or relatives to get the lock out. Then you can use any other remote controls. Most RCA TV sets use a four digit code to control the v-chip. The code reset is different depending on the model. Try each number until you find the one that works for you.
Hold down the MENU button on the remote and VOLUME DOWN button on the TV it's self at the same time for at least 4 seconds. The set won't say so, but the lock will be unlocked
Hold down the 0 (zero) button on the remote and the VOLUME DOWN button on the TV itself at the same time for at least 4 seconds. The set won't say so, but the lock will be unlocked
Hold down the MENU button on the front of the TV and the TV button on the remote at the same time for at least 4 seconds. 4- Hold down GO BACK button on the remote and MENU button on the front of the TV at the same time for at least 4 seconds.
4. Hold down EJECT button on the front of the TV set and the MENU button on the remote at the same time for at least 4 seconds. Depending on the model, one of the methods should unlock the V-chip. Now, if desired, you can change the settings on the V-chip by going to the MENU and going to PARENTAL CONTROLS, or on some sets, going to MENU and then going to TV SETUP, then to V-CHIP SET. OK.
My friend, I don't know what a full stamp is ... I don't know what state you are from or even what country you live in, and please dont say. Please don't post any more personal data here on this web site. What you are doing is very dangerous for you.
I am sure if you call the agency from which you retired, they will give you full particulars on your retirement plan and the best way for you and your husbant to file. Better yet, he is not retired yet, there must be at least a personal liaison where he works. He should go to that office or person and get the information he and you require.
If I had to guess to the answer ... based on where I live ... and my scant knowledge of the subject ... you each earned you retirement, you should each get full benefit of what you earned.
Please go to your personnel office and get this info. No more personal data on this website - Deal?
