Hi,

Microsoft money, Would not be on your restore Disk.
As this is a seperate piece Of Software.
You,d either get Money as a seperate CD, Or would be a part of a package known as Microsoft Office.
You can obtain this from e-bay-Amazon.et,c.

If it,s too expensive, please mail me.

I have Office For-Sale.

Mike @ compurepair.

I am trying to restore my emachine to it's original factory settings as I am going to sell it. I have been told that I need to go in the emachines folder in programs but there isn't a folder...

emachines does not provide any factory restore option in computer, in fact you might have received factory restore disks when you bought it, which can be used to restore your computer Or you can check with emachines if they can provide you these disks
hope this helps

How do i reset my emachines w3653 to factory settings without the cd

  1. Turn off the computer. If the computer is in a state that it can be properly shut down, follow the normal shutdown process. On the other hand, if the computer is not reacting to anything, simply pull the cord from the wall.
  2. Restart the computer. Plug the computer back into the wall and press the "Power" button. Wait for the eMachine's computer to reach the screen that reads "Press F11 to start recovery." Once this screen appears, press the F11 key on the keyboard multiple times to make sure that it registers. If the recovery screen does not come up, you will need to turn the computer off and back on again and attempt to press the F11 button again when the prompt appears.
  3. Select the proper option. After the F11 key is properly selected and the recovery screen appears, there will be a list of recovery options. Scroll to the option that says: "Full System Restore (with Backup). Choosing this option will move all of the contents of the Hard Disk to the C:\My Backup file. This will ensure that important files that have been created on the computer will not be deleted. However, the applications on the computer will need to be reinstalled.
  4. Allow the Full System Restore to run its course. Depending on the age and effectiveness of the eMachine computer, it is possible this process could take up to 45 minutes. When the system restore is complete, the computer will restart itself. The startup could also take a while due to the fact that it will be restarting in Safe Mode.
  5. Reinstall applications. Any of the files created on the computer should be saved. However, the applications that created them need to be reinstalled. This means that applications like Microsoft Office or Adobe software will need to be reinstalled from disks or online before you can open files created with Microsoft or Adobe programs.

Hope this helps!

Trying restore emachine need full back up discs model 590/790

You can order a set of recovery disks here:

https://secure.tx.acer.com/RCDB/Main.aspx?brand=emachines

They are about $20 plus shipping, and you need to input your machine's serial number to insure you obtain the correct disks.

Hope this helps.

Restore emachine

Your machine has two ways of repair: SYSTEM RESTORE and SYSTEM RECOVERY. System restore is a Windows utility that rolls the machine back to a point where the machine worked before the problem. System recovery is an eMachines tool that puts the machine back the way it was when you first got it. Restore wont delete your data, recovery will and can. If the problem is catastrophic, and youve backed up your data off of the machine, use the recovery option. Your recovery partition (or a recovery disk) is needed to do this, and it involves pressing a key while the computer boots up. Check your documentation for your model of machine.

Emachines t5212 system restore backup files, please help!!

Hello,

If you only your files to be copied in the other or any storage disk then you can remove the hard disk of your machine and then attached it to the other functional machine. in there you can browse and copy all the important files. after copying all your files then you can take back the hard drive to your non functional machine and then install new operating system. documentation found here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316941

tell me if something wrong with your system when applying the solution.

HI! Recently I had a trial with Microsoft professional office & small business. the trial was up but I did not purchase the product. They I fel wanted to much money. So I went and bought Microsoft...

hello,
I would try to use the windows backup and recovery feature if it's enabled. restore it to the previous day, also, for the windows system, did you create a backup disk. if so you should be able to reload any pre-existing programs to your system by running a restore from the recovery. without loosing all your personal files. also some will have an option when creating a recovery disk to make an applications recovery disk. If you haven't created these, i would check into this in the future.
