I opened it by gently pushing a very thin knife between the rear and the middle housing,and go around the edge
then use a tork 6 screwdriver and thats it

just follow the basic steps in opening nokia phone... look for any screws and unscrew it, if thiers no more screw but still you can open it. probably it got locks, so look for it and snap to open it then you open your phone.... in changing your lcd, thiers a flex connector that connects your lcd to its board. to open it use a tweezer to open it and do it slowly to avoid damaging the flex...
