Problem with my Office product key (by 2 users)

Hi there,
I have been trying to load the product key for "Office Home and Student 2007" but it keep on saying "The key is incorrect. Verify that you have the correct key, and the retype it". I have been verifying that I have typed the correct Key but the problem can not be solved. Can please somebody help.

Thank you for the advice, I contacted Microsoft about the Key problem and apparently I needed to buy the kit (a set of disks required to setup Office before the key could be entered). Apparently one no longer gets a disk with key all in one.

My problem has been solved and I learnt in the process. Keep up with good work guys I will try to have my two cents worth of my comment when ever I drop by.

my product key is incorrect GKGK2-99GYJ-3BCFF-RD2PJ-V6FW6. Please help about this.

Wizyou'll need to contact mSoft on this one..they are only ones that can verify s/w keys,..

no worries..the whole s/w licensing issue is moving, to where you will only 'rent' the s/w license, when you really need it. bout time.
