Question about Televison & Video
Check the board on the Right where the Tuner is located. That board is normally the culprit. Also solder the surface Mount ICs but be careful when using Hot Air Soldering. Turn the Air Flow down so you don't blow the tiny components off the board. If not familiar with Hot Air refer to repair Technician. Good Luck, Jus004
