Once you open camera , go to settings within camera > and there is an option to do overlap .
Also install mirror app from the market . check whether the camera is showing up correctly there ..
Do a factory reset if the above doesnt work .
it could be your camera setting, eg, black white, sepia etc, the colour contrast could have been changed?? if it only does it on camera and not video mode, then its more likely your camera settings, if it does it on video and camera, then it could be the camera its self
Firstly have you a memory card inserted?
If yes, is there any problems reading files from it?
If yes, remove memory card and re insert, it may just be connections dirty?
If no memory card inserted chances are your camera settings are set to save to memory card.
To change this start the camera and go to settings/options.
Look for default save location. If it is set to save to memory card and you dont have one, that would be the reason why it is not saving images. Either install a Pro Duo memory card or change default save location to 'Phone'.
Hope that helps?
I remember reading about this in my manual It's under one of the TIP! sections, on page 46 under the 'Video Camera' topic. It says the following;
"When you exit the video camera all your settings will return to default, except Video Size and Video Quality. Any non-default setting you require will need to be reset, for example colour tone and white balance. Check them before you shoot your next video."
Same applies to the Camera settings on page 43;
"When you exit the camera, all yours settings will return to default, except image size and image quality. Any non-default settings you require will need to be reset, for example, colour tone and ISO, Check them before you take your next photo."
