Tech Solutions shredder

When I put paper into the shredder, it doesn't automatically shred the paper. I have to reverse the shredder and then turn it back on when paper is loaded. I need to do this each time i want to shred a sheet of paper

GuruIt sounds like you may have a gear with a broken tooth you should contact the manufacturer to get more info. Usually when this is the case it will shred good for only a few revolutions and then reversing backs the gear up to a position that allows it to turn the cutters until it once again reaches the area where tooth is missing.
