HDMI? Oh, then you would be talking about a graphics card like this one,
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5071689&CatId=318
HIS Radeon HD4670 IceQ
1) AGP 8X graphics card
2) Has a VGA, DVI, and HDMI port
3) 1GB of GDDR3 ram memory
4) 128bit interface
5) 320 Stream Processors
6) Core Clock is 750MHz at maximum capability
7) Memory Clock is 1746MHZ at maximum capability
It doesn't matter that your computer system ram memory is DDR Sdram. The GDDR3 graphics ram memory operates independent of the system ram memory.

This machine uses AGP video cards. Your only limit is the card itself really and make sure it fits.
I would look on pricewatch.com or newegg.com for agp video cards.
Maximium memory that can be put in the machine is 2GB
Hard drive probably would be limited to a 500GB but 1TB drives have been known to work.
only has IDE port for the hard drive so you cannot use a sata drive without adding a sata controller to it.
You cannot upgrade video memory but what you can upgrade is the video card. you need to purchase a video card that goes into a slot in your emachines. Most slots have pci,agp,pci-e ether the case the only thing you need to check is you motherboard for any one of these slots and upgrade the video card accordenly. Frankly any computer technition in your are could do this for you naming best buy as one with the geek squad. but if you willing to do it yourself all you got to do is open the computer case look for a avialable slot and by the video card for the computer and insert it into a slot then plug you vga cable to the plug on that video card, install the drivers and your good to go.
Thanks hope this does help please do vote with the thubs above.

ok that is what I was wanting to know. Now, what about getting a card with HDMI connection on it. Would I be able to use one of them? I was wondering if my computer would be able to handle a card with 1GB of memory. I do know also I will have to upgrade my PSU. Thank you for the help!!!
The eMachines W3050 uses an AGP expansion slot for graphics. It uses AGP 8X graphics cards. Your power supply for one. The Processor for two. The eMachines W3050 comes with a 300 Watt PSU. (Power Supply Unit) Problem is, the W3050 was made back in a time that power supply manufacturer's were lying, about the real maximum wattage available from their power supplies. Excuse me. Enhancing the truth. In reality, the maximum wattage available is more like 70 percent of the figure stated, or 210 Watts. The Processor is a 'Sempy' 3000+, that uses the Socket 462, or also referred to as Socket A. (Barton Core, 130nm architecture) The maximum frequency rate is 2GigaHertz. 'Sempy's' or Sempron's have half the cache that a comparable Athlon would. Although a graphics card has it's own processor, (GPU. Graphics Processing Unit), the system resources Processor can be a 'Bottleneck'. The graphics card might be able to process graphics data readily, but since all data has to go through the system processor, this is where the bottleneck can occur. Think of it as traffic flowing along at 80Mph on an 8 lane highway, only to meet up ahead with road construction which has made it into a 2 lane highway, and reduced speed of 20Mph. Based on the above, and also to a 'Best Bang for the Buck' theory, I would suggest this graphics card,http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/... (Be sure to always keep the inside of your computer clean, as well as the power supply. Computer unplugged from power, suggestion is to use a can of compressed air for computers, on a regular basis. {Or a small air compressor used for crafts)
