Question about Washing Machines
Im going to assume its a front loader. try opening the access panel by removing 3 screws along bottom front of unit. give a look inside, there should be 4 suspension/shock absorbers holding drum form shifting. If disconnected the just "snap"into place with quarter turn into holder.while under there the pump is located right there in front, open the "button trap" front of pump see if perhaps theres something inside pump housing making noise
