I'm trying to replace the burner on a Char Broil Master grill 7000

well the burners may have fell of the injectors and the gas is missing the burners try re fitting the burners back on , if not you may have a broken gas line .

Mike. I'd really like to help you with your Char-Broil Grill problem. But, there is no "glass" on the grill to replace. Could you be a little more specific on what you're referring to, as "glass" ?

I am sorry but you will need to put in the model number of your grill before I can help you.

I went to the Char-broil webpage and talked to one of the reps there thru a chat window and he said you need to have the model number to be sure to get the right part, otherwise you would have to risk using a Universal Burner Unit that may require modification to function in your grill.
I will give you the Char-Broil webpage on this webpage you will see an "exploded view" of your grill and off to the right you will see a window that you can enter either a part number and or model number to locate your parts.

Try www.minxenterprisesinc.com, they have an online parts catalog and good prices. Just look up Char Broil and put in the model number.

Char-broil 7000 is really not a Model Number. Fortunately, there are only 2 Quick Set Grills. I have included a link to both manuals that you can download and print for future reference. Choice the one that matches your grill.

Hello, The model number that you gave is relatively simple to change the burners.

1. Remove the 3 cooking grids
2. Remove the 3 vaporizer tents
3. Between each burner is a "pal nut" that just pushes on and will likely be destroyed when you remove it. They run a couple bucks each at Sears, part # 7000132
4. This will release the carry over tube holding the burners down and the burners can be lifted out.
5. Ensure that you clean out the carry over tube when you reassemble. This carries the flame from the first burner across to each of the rest of the burners when lighting them.
6. Reassemble in the reverse order ensuring that you put the burner tubes over the burner valve tubes when reassembling.

Each Venturi Pipe is held in place by the spring clip clearly visible from below (2 total). From behind, simply pull down / backwards on the clip until it pops out of the slot and hangs loose. Repeat for other pipe. Then the burner lifts out by sliding backwards / upwards.

You need to clean the burners/pathways, its not getting enough oxygen and the flame is starved.

have you cleaned the burners? if they are not clogged your regulater is the problem and should be replaced asap. don't use the grill until you have replaced the regulater if that is the problem.
