Try the default factory username and pw. User Name: admin Password: 1234
If this doesn't work, review the information from the linked users guide for resetting the device to factory defaults.
start in safe mode by pressing f8 as soon as the comp starts,,log in as administrator (most times a pass is not required), then goto user accounts and reset passwords
Restart the computer and as soon as it starts booting up start tapping on F8 key on your keyboard.
The computer would show you advanced boot options.. select "Safe mode" from the list.
When it asks for Administrator's password, leave the password blank and hit enter .. If you have not set any password for the safemode (normally many users don't) then it would log you on and you can go to the control panel and reset the administrator's password or you can even create a new user profile.
Once you complete the above process, restart the computer and let it boot normally.
Now try logging in with the new password or the new user account that you might have created while in the safe mode.

I knew it wasnt my password so I tried shutting my computer down completely. I logged back in to Myspace and it worked. Its worth a try ,it worked for me.
