You may be able to adjust the picture width and height if there are controls. Look at the back of the set for holes labeled V.Size and or H.Size, these are the Horizontal and Vertical size controls. You'll need a small screwdriver (3/16) to insert into the control and adjust.
If there are no controls then it may need to be serviced as there are capacitors that have failed which are causing the picture to change size.

It seems that the picture aspect ratio should be changed. Refer its user manual for details.

Magnavox big screen has dull picture and colors are not clear. Cloudy picture and has a green film of color over screen. this ia a 64inch big screen. What can

This is especially common with Phillips/Magnavox - A foggy image usually suggests that the coolant in the picture tube(s) (1or all 3) has become discolored and needs to be replaced. The only way to check this is to look directly into the crt faces (disassembly required) to see the condition of the fluid (coolant).
It's a relatively big job that shops charge between $300-400 - Get an estimate. See link for Kit

Picture is too large for the screen, it seem like we have a 32 in picture on a 28in screen

This might be because the decoder you are using isn't set properly, set it on its MENU to 14.2 Screen, that should sort it out , good luck , the Yeti

IF THIS IS A LCD---TURN ON, AS NORMAL AND HAVE A SIGNAL INPUT,,CABLE ,SATELLITE CONNECTED TO THE ANTENNA INPUT .MAKE SURE YOU HEAR SOUND.. HOLD A LIGHT (THE BRIGHTER THE BETTER) IN FRONT OF THE THE SCREEN ('BOUT 3 INCHES)--IF YOU SEE A DIM PICTURE---BAD SCREEN AND THATS BIG BUCKS---IF STILL NO PICTURE--CIRCUIT BOARDS AND USUALLY THATS BIG BUCKS!!
