I have the exact same problem as RedoPc. My paper feeds half way out then stops, and I have to press the Cancel/Resume button for it to finish feeding out the paper. It will not print. I have tried cleaning the rollers and ensuring there is no paper jam.

Clean the roller that feeds the paper (located at the right side inside the feeding tray).
I did it ,with a cotton pad: first impregnated with water an soap, then only with water to clean the soap and then with a dry pad. I did making the roll to roll printing a page without paper in the try and continuosly presing the cancel/resume button.

In some cases, not all; the paper feed rollers get dry and slick. If so they tend to feed at times and sometimes stop halfway at times. Look at your rollers.

Copies leaves lines when put through the feeder, but not on the glass .......have cleaned and sprayed air can everywhere I can think of The Hp Printer is HP 3055 All in One printer

Most likely a fax has been sent or a page copied with 'white out' (Liquid Paper), still wet on the page. As the page feeds over the scanner, (a narrow strip of glass that runs across the width of the page along the feed path) the wet liquid paper comes off on the glass as a thin line and dries. Thereafter, when copying, scanning or sending a fax, the scanner light does not go through the liquid paper streak and the result when printed is a thin vertical line that runs the full length of the page.

If this is your problem: follow the path that the paper travels when sending a fax or making a copy, until you find the scanner (narrow glass strip). Take a clean, soft cloth and a small amount of methylated spirit (or white spirit) and remove the now dried Liquid Paper from the glass. Clean the whole strip ensuring that the glass is left clean and dry.

Is the paper tray size set to the proper size -if you have the paper mismatched the machine could act this way:
for example "letter size (81/2 X 11) paper in the tray and the tray set to "Legal size" (81/2 X 14)

I have HP all in one. The feed for fax stopped working. how do I fix it.?

try copying blank pages. If it feeds the paper, then try faxing again. If it does not feed the paper, then open the feeder and clean the rollers and the separator pad. You can use a coffee filter moisten with distilled or bottled water to clean them.

Try copying blank pages again to check if it feeds the paper.

Goodluck!

Hp psc 1315 paper jam

Hi,

. Switch off the printer and disconnect the power supply. Allow any residual charge inside the all-in-one printer to dissipate before putting your hands or any metal tools inside the chassis.

2.
Pin down the exact location of the jam. The 3 hot spots for a jam are before a sheet completely leaves the paper tray, anywhere between the feed tray and print carriage or between the print carriage and output tray.

3.
Take off the front paper tray if the sheet jammed while still in the front area of the printer. If here, you should be able to see most of the paper.

4.
Pull the sheet with both hands and steady pressure. Do not tug as you might rip the paper, leaving a piece deeper inside the machine.

5.
Open the back panel to reach paper jammed between the feed-tray area and print carriage. Carefully remove the jammed paper.

6.
Use the carriage access door to get at a jam further inside the printer. You may need to remove the print carriage to get to the jam.

7.
Replace all parts and return any access panels to their closed and locked positions. Plug your printer back in and flip the power switch.

HP PSC 1315 All-in-One I(nk Jet

Hi have a nice day!
You may try uninstall it and if you have installation cd install again.
If you have not it's installation cd you can download drivers and software needed at this link selecting your operating system.
A user guide is also available to download .
When installed try first to copy some document and if pages are blank start cleaning procedure to see if ink jets are blocked or replacement of ink cartriges needed.
If paper is not feeded properly (one by one) you must remove cover and inspect paper passes and rollers to be clean, and moving plastic gears on left side to be ok.
To remove cover you need a special long thin screwdriver to unscrew four holding screws
Any damage at gears must be repaired by yourself because there are not spare parts provided.
good luck!
