Paid for a computer hard disc from mercado llbre but not delivered

IF you paid with credit card, you can dispute it. if you paid with paypal you can do that dispute also. If you paid with cash or check or debit card, you are out of luck. Ask the seller to provide the receipt for shipping and if she cannot show it, you will have to sue her.

ok try the following in order

1 make sure power adapter is plugged into a socket which is turned on and delivering power
2 with power adapter plugged into laptop are any lights showing, you should have at least a battery light showing if the power adapter is delivering power
3 when n you turn on your on button press f8 and see if you are returned the bios setup page, if you are then your motherboard is at least reading the bios if not you may have a motherboard issue
4.from a different computer search for knoppix and burn to a cd/dvd which ever your laptop has
5. put the newly burnt knoppix disc in your cd/dvd drive tray and close tray and start system again.
6. knoppix will run as an operating system directly from cd/dvd. and allow you to check if your hard drive can be seen at least, if not then you may have an issue with your hard drive or the motherboard to hard drive interface.

if you can see your hartd drive it is likely your operating system might be corrupt or problems with disc, but you will at least be able to take files from hard drive to a usb stick and then reload operating system and have your data

Did the MS Office 2007 (full version) come pre-installed on your computer when you purchased the computer ?
If yes, then you had paid for it, when you paid for the computer, so contact the manufacturer of your computer for it's product key, after which download the trial version of it and use your product key to get it activated.
If did was not pre-installed on your computer and you had it installed after you bought the computer, using it's disc and you have lost the disc (and product key), then the only option is to buy it again, either a disc version or a downloadable version.

There's a couple of things open to you.

• Borrow an installation disc and use the recovery console to do chkdsk /r to try to recover the disc
• Do a clean install from a legit windows disc (you lose everything on the hard drive)
• Get the recovery discs

You might be lucky and find a windows disc for less than £50

There likely are several in the UK, but a couple of the best priced ones are actually in Canada and India.

My personal fave is Armor-IT Data Recovery in Canada, quick and reasonable prices.
